This item works however I have found it frequently requires resetting. I believe the sensor just needs a good cleaning but I didn't want to damage it. It will need a replacement globe liner as the one included has been scratched quite a bit and litter now sticks to it. It has been cleaned but needs a thorough deep clean as I've been unable to do so due to lack of space/access. I'm only getting rid of it as I have bought a newer model.
